About Bayent Labs
Bayent Labs is an elite software engineering and hybrid venture studio. We don't just build standard websites; we engineer robust, scalable backend architectures, intelligent enterprise systems, and proprietary SaaS products. Our portfolio spans from hardware-to-cloud fleet telematics (Vantage Fleet) and enterprise AI voice agents (Voicehelm) to modern Point of Sale systems (Restarage) and high-velocity global service contracts.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Content & Media Intern to establish our core social media portfolio on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. This is not a role for generic stock graphics or artificial AI slop. You will work directly with real project builds, architecture shots, and product demos to showcase our actual engineering work to the world.
You will turn raw technical material like markdown docs, case studies, and engineering updates into engaging visual posts, write platform-specific copy with strong hooks, and provide actionable suggestions to maximize reach. Outstanding performance during this 6-week internship can open up further opportunities within our growth and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Create platform-specific posts, carousels, and graphics aligned with brand themes across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
- Short-Video Editing: Produce engaging 15–60 second video edits, including product demos, screen recordings, visual clips, and before/after showcases.
- Proof Content & Storytelling: Repurpose real Bayent Labs project work such as architecture diagrams, live demos, and build progress into social proof.
- Format & Template Execution: Follow structured content calendars, guidelines, and brand templates set by the marketing team.
- Strategic Suggestions: Provide proactive ideas and recommendations for post strategies, scheduling, and organic boosting/reach optimizations.
Requirements & Qualifications (Technical)
- Proficiency with Canva or Figma, alongside hands-on experience in video editors like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to turn technical material into clear, punchy posts with effective hooks, captions, and CTAs.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific formatting and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
Requirements & Qualifications (Non-Technical)
- Authenticity: Commitment to creating real, value-driven content with zero reliance on fake metrics, stock fluff, or low quality AI generation.
- Proactive Communication: You don't stay stuck in silence. You know how to ask the right questions when you hit a blocker.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict publishing guardrails and client privacy rules.
- Team Collaborator: Ability to work closely with marketing, HR, and project leads to align content with brand guidelines and policies.
